I got this message today from someone needing help with their Lasso + MySQL site:

"Im having to go in almost every day or twice a day and restart lasso as our website so SOOOOO slow
Once I do that its speedy"


I've already tweaked their MySQL settings (about 1 month ago) and that stopped a problem they were having where MySQL would just stop responding.


I'm thinking that this "slow" problem, fixed by restarting Lasso is actually being fixed because some cache is being cleared? Does that make sense?

Any ideas as to what I should look at / tweak next?

P.S. I did not write any of the code for this site and they're not interested in having anything re-written and there's tons of pages so that's not an option; they're moving to some new site and are just trying to keep the old site going until the move is done; I basically need something that 'automatically' does what she's doing by restarting the site.
