nested selects and maxrecords
Hi Folks,
I've got a sql query whose result set doesn't get bigger when I expect it to (I add more records but the found_count stays the same). Its a pretty complicated query, so I won't bother asking you guys to look at the real thing. But, one thing it does have is nested selects. And also, I add a maxrows=10 parameter on the inline itself, because I only want to show 10 results at a time.
My question is, would a nested select be restricted to the 10 records as well?
So in something like:
local('sql')="Select * from products where category in (select id from category where category != 'fruit')";
inline(-database='somedb', -sql=#sql, -maxrows=10);
/inline;
Am only going to get a maximum of 10 id's from the nested select because of the maxrows param? Is it possible that regardless of the maxrows param, I won't get more than 50 nested results because of lasso's default 50 record limit?
