Hello,

I know you can do this, but can't make it work.

You have a list of names.
This list is displayed vertically on the page.

Mike
Sally
Nancy

Next to each name is a Check box.
If you check that box you want to add that person to a data file. (Event Registration for instance)

Can you submit the list within a single form submittal and add only those you "check off"?

-Begin Form
Mike CheckBox
Sally CheckBox
Nancy Checkbox
-End Form

Single Submit Button

There used to be something in the User Manual but I can't seem to put my finger on it.
