Server Issue - Going Down
I have a client where the Lasso Server has been running for years.
Lasso 8.5 running on a Windows server.
Here's the problem, there are 2 sites running on this box:
Site A (running since last summer)
and
Site B (running for 3 years)
In Lasso Server Admin there is just the "default" site.
This year (2014) on January 6, 10 and 31 when users went to
Site B
it was working fine
BUT when they went to
SiteA
all they got was a white page in their browser with no text, no error message and no loading message.
To fix this the server admin RESTART the machine running Lasso.
I don't know if this is a Lasso or an Apache issue.
Nothing has been changed on the server.
When I look at the Lasso error log via Lasso Site Admin I don't see anything critical. No errors with Scheduled Events either. And no scheduled events happened prior to the site going down. And no emails being sent before going down.
What should I do next? Is this an Apache issue (b/c there was nothing in the browser - no 500 error, no 404 error, no loading message)? Why did one site continue working while the other died even though they don't have different "sites" in Lasso Admin?
