Hi all

This will probably demonstrate my naiveté, but I wonder if anyone has a simple explanation.

I am using Lasso 8.6.3 and have just upgraded to FileMaker Server 14 (from FMS 11).

Under FMS 11 this would work in a Lasso -update:

-KeyValue=(KeyField_Value),

Under FMS 14 it does NOT work, however this does work:

-KeyValue =$key_value,

So contrary to the Lasso documentation, after a database search is performed using a -Search, [KeyField_Value] does not seem to return the value of the current key field when used is an -update.

What am I missing?
