The Alias directive tells Apache where to find the requested file to serve. This is great when Apache is the one responsible for generating a response for the request, but Apache is setup to let Lasso generate the response which it will then serve back out.
You might be able to use SetEnv inside a Location block to set LASSOSERVER_DOCUMENT_ROOT to point to the right directory (I believe it will need the full path). Something like this:
<Location /test/>
SetEnv LASSOSERVER_DOCUMENT_ROOT /absolute/filesystem/path/to/domain1/html/test/
</Location>
