Any recommendations for 3rd party server monitoring services along the lines of site24x7.com and monitis.com? Bonus points for Mac and Linux server-side agents for CPU, RAM, disk and process reporting. Ideally in the $10-$20/mo range.

I currently have a Mac mini in my office running dejal.com/simon/, which has been great. But it seems like this type of service has become something of a commodity, testing multiple servers from multiple locations with extensive statistics and feature sets.
