Never Do This :)
So, I'm retiring a major Lasso application that I created 10 years ago. I made a security group and had actual usernames and passwords for each user, about 30 in all. The application is to stay online and be available to just 2-3 people during the transition. I went into Lasso Security, clicked the group, and started to disable the users. After about 4-5 users, I decided it was a hassle and just clicked the "Disable All" button thinking (foolishly) that it would just disable the users in the group I was viewing. I called it a day and went home.
Yeah, apparently that button disables ALL users no matter their security group. I was getting email errors about not being able to access the MySQL server and all sorts of nutty error captures I put in place. After checking everything except Lasso Admin, it dawned on me.
Never do this.
:)
(Now I know why I scaled out my apps across several servers.)
