So I hope you've all had a chance to kick the tires at <http://lassoguide.com/>, despite the rough edges and missing bits. Some of you may have noticed that it's generated with Sphinx <http://sphinx-doc.org/>, and the more enterprising among you may even have checked out the source <http://source.lassosoft.com/svn/guide/> and used it to build a PDF*. And you may then notice that its appearance leaves something to be desired.
So, is anyone on the list handy with LaTeX? Specifically with changing font faces and colours, but there's certainly plenty of other things that could be improved. Any help or resources are appreciated.

* If you know your Python: install sphinx and pygments, then build the HTML docs with "make html". For building the PDF on Mac, install the BasicTeX package <http://tug.org/mactex/morepackages.html> , add "/usr/texbin" to your PATH, and then use tlmgr to install some extra packages:
tlmgr update --self
tlmgr install collection-fontsrecommended
tlmgr install collection-genericrecommended
tlmgr install collection-latexrecommended
tlmgr install titlesec
tlmgr install framed
tlmgr install threeparttable
tlmgr install wrapfig
tlmgr install multirow
(Or you could just install the enormous MacTeX package, which comes with absolutely everything.)
Now you should be able to run "make latexpdf" which will put the PDF in lasso_guide_build/latex/.
