I am new to Lasso and in the tedious process of migrating an old install of Lasso up to version 9. I am currently having an issue where the session cookie is not being created. I've googled and tried using all sorts of output methods to see what's going on and there are no errors being generated. The session code I'm running is:

var( login = '' )
session_start( 'SESSION_NAME', -expires=90, -usecookie=true)
Session_AddVar('SESSION_NAME', 'login')
var( login='ok' )
// I'm not literally using SESSION_NAME. I just replaced the actual session info to make it safe to post online

.... and no cookie is being created. I have tried on both Chrome and Safari and verified via the developer tools. Any suggestions on where I should troubleshoot next?

Ubuntu 12.04 and Apache with Lasso 9
