L9 CLI question for CentOS
Hello!
I have a Lasso 9 installation on CentOS and the two env-vars look like this:
LASSO9_HOME=/var/lasso/global_cli_home/
LASSO9_MASTER_HOME=/var/lasso/home/
I don't know if this is correct for LASSO9_HOME.
I am trying my first Lasso 9 shell script and it contains this code:
[root@vos test]# which lasso9
/usr/bin/lasso9
[root@vos test]# cat test.sh
#!/usr/bin/lasso9
inline(-database='xyz', -table='users', -sql='select * from users');
records_array;
/inline;
This table contains 5 records.
The error I get is this:
[root@vos test]# ./test.sh
A Failure
Error Code: 14
Error Msg: /var/lasso/global_cli_home//SQLiteDBs/database_registry unable to open database file
Error Stack:
39:46 sqlite.lasso
46:14 sqlite.lasso
117:10 database.lasso

3:1 ./test.sh

66:3 lasso9.lasso
60:3 lasso9.lasso
58:15 lasso9.lasso
46:3 lasso9.lasso
19:8 lasso9.lasso

182:2 error.lasso
176:2 error.lasso
175:2 error.lasso
45:2 lasso9.lasso
14:25 lasso9.lasso
which indicates that Lasso9 uses LASSO9_HOME instead of LASSO9_MASTER_HOME. The SQLiteDBs directory is in LASSO_MASTER_HOME.
Before I change LASSO9_HOME to the same contents of LASSO_MASTER_HOME I was wondering if some one can throw up some reasons why I should not do that.
I tried finding info on LassoSoft. but their LassoDocs site currently only throws unhandled failures. Probably due to the moving of the VMs this weekend.
Thanks in advance for any input!
