Getting the ID for the thread of an async tag
Hi,
(Still) using Lasso 8.6...
I thought I'd reprogram some old code that sends out email from a page called via an event, make it into an async tag instead. Both will result in a thread, but i thought the latter would give me more control in that I could programmatically store the thread ID as I called the async tag and thus have the code later check that the email sending was still alive, and if not, resend. Or if need be, kill the sending, etc. But now that I've read the language guide, I can't find any such mechanism to get the thread ID of a specific async tag as you call it. Am I missing something, or is that just not possible?
