Can't start lasso 9.2 on Mac OS X 10.10
Hi,
On the latest Yosemite, I am trying to install and start Lasso 9.2, tried the latest 9.2.7 and then 9.2.6 just to be sure, but the result is the same: After installation, Apache can’t start but fails with the error message in the console:
com.apple.xpc.launchd[1]: (org.apache.httpd[7124]) Service exited with abnormal code: 1
which is repeated over and over, and that’s that. No syntax error or anything more than I can see. Restarting apache in terminal also doesn’t give an error message. AFAICS all components are installed where they need to be, the conf file is in the other’ apache sub-dir and the mod_lasso9.so is in /usr/libexec/apache/ folder with the same permissions as the rest of the files there etc. I installed it along side Lasso 8, but I have now completely disabled the Lasso 8 handler in the apache conf/vhost and stopped the Lasso 8 service, but still same thing. There is still a Lasso 8 .so file in /usr/libexec/apache/ but that shouldn’t be a promlem from what I’ve understood.
I did want to have Lasso 8 and Lasso 9 running side by side anyway, as this is my development Macbook and I still have Lasso 8 sites to maintain. But now, I can’t even get 9.2 to start, anybody have any ideas?
Oh yes, of processes running after this installation, there is only one lasso-related:
LarsMacBook:bus larsgu$ ps aux | grep lasso
root 6137 0.1 0.4 2529712 18360 ?? Ss 9:20PM 0:03.50 /usr/sbin/lassoim
larsgu 6745 0.0 0.0 2441988 660 s002 S+ 9:41PM 0:00.00 grep lasso
Is that correct on a fresh install before I can open the Instance manager, or isn’t there supposed to be a default lasso instance/process as well?
In /var/lasso/lasso.out.txt there is just:
/var/lasso/home//SQLiteDBs/
Loading instancemanager
Starting fastcgi server on socket /var/lasso/home//lasso9.im.fastcgi.sock
and /var/lasso/instances/ is empty.
