Boz,
You can also get the -9984 unauthorized file suffix when you have an
[Include] in the response.lasso page that has a suffix not in the Lasso
Security Settings, such as:
[Include:'sometext.inc']
And the suffix '.inc' is not in the Lasso Security settings. You might check
your includes.
